Artwork can be created by us to your specification or supplied complete by yourselves.

If you are supplying the artwork complete we can accept a variety of source formats. If you are using a DTP program it is probably best to supply the artwork in pdf format as this enables the fonts to be embedded. This can be simply achieved with the installation of a free PDF printer :-

or search for 'pdf printer gnu' with google (the gnu ensures that it is free with a public licence).

Other acceptable formats are png, bmp, jpg, tif, psd. If you have a format which we cannot accept use the pdf method. If the artwork goes to the edge of the paper it must have a 2mm bleed area. When the paper is trimmed to the correct size this part will be removed.

Artwork can be supplied on CD or via EMail. All printing is done using high resolution laser printers unless on body printing is required.

If we create your artwork you will need to send the photos or designs and a rough layout of how you would like it to look.

A proof of the artwork will be sent to you for approval before printing commences. This must be carefully checked as any errors not found at this stage will be present on the final product.

Artwork costs are charged at £20 per hour. There is no minimum charge, so if your job takes 20 mins the cost will be 1/3rd of an hour, or £6.66.
